make decisions that keep you connected and moving forward.

With this fast-paced, rapidly evolving world, it’s hard to know what to do next or how to help someone in limbo. Time seems short and it’s running out.


Knowing what is right for you or your kid can be challenging especially with the pressure of external expectations or self-inflicted expectations born of decades of habitual thinking and beliefs. It takes intentional practice and a bit of time to understand and clear these obstacles so that you can live your life more in flow and open to truly hearing and understanding the needs of your older kid.


There is no substitute for living your life guided by your intentional and uniquely aligned decisions.
